Club SRACLC: Beyond School Program
Located in SEDOL’s newest school, Fairhaven, Club SRACLC will offer recreation based after school activities that are expertly tailored to meet the needs of youth and teens with disabilities. Under the supervision of talented and passionate Therapeutic Recreation professionals, your child or teen will have the opportunity to participate in structured play, socialization, Special Olympics training programs, active and quiet games, and a variety of seasonal programs.
Each day will consist of one hour of specialized instruction dedicated to the program areas listed below. The other 1.25 hours will consist of a snack, guided/structured play, and small group activities.
Group: All Students, Ages 5-21
Time: 2:30-5:00 p.m.
Location: SEDOL’s Fairhaven School, Mundelein

Participants ages 3 and older who…
• Function in a 1:3 staff to participant ratio
• Are toilet trained
• Refrain from physical and verbal outbursts
• Stay with the group independently
• Min/Max: 3/7
Fantastic Friends
Participants ages 3 and older who…
• Need 1:1 or 1:2 staff to participant ratio for success
• Wear diapers or need bathroom assistance
• Need assistance maintaining appropriate behavior
• Tend to wander or run from the group
• Min/Max: 1/3
