2025 Annual Report
Strategic Plan 2026-2028
This strategic plan was developed with ongoing input from the SRACLC Board of Directors, staff, program participants, and their families. A comprehensive Needs Assessment Survey was conducted in summer 2024, complemented by feedback from board meetings, staff discussions, surveys, and focus groups. SRACLC is committed to continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
The plan will be reviewed annually and approved by the Board. Each winter, staff will assess progress, incorporate stakeholder input, and update the plan by removing the completed year and adding new goals three years out.
